BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM
A closer look at our business ecosystem to learn more about our cost structure, revenue streams, fundings and key partners.
Cost Structure
Fixed Cost
Fixed costs are incurred regularly and are unlikely to fluctuate over time. Our primary overhead cost would be application & website maintenance, direct labor cost as the project needs a team of highly skilled designers to design the platform. A large sum of our fixed cost would also be geared towards our partnership fees with platforms such as Metaverse and Digital Runway.
Cost Structure
Variable Cost
Variable costs are expenses that vary with production output. With VR and AR slowly becoming more and more accessible. Our spendings would be geared towards direct material costs, how our system works, our system worldbuilding, utilities and marketing expenses.
Revenue Stream
Transaction-Based Revenues
Since the market we’re reaching is experience-based, the most direct transaction-based revenue would be ticket sales. In the process of creating sustainable fashion runways, we would be selling costumes that our designers have created, or even recipes for how to build these costumes with sustainable materials. An interesting idea could be selling a DIY blueprint to customers on a transaction-based deal to deal.
Revenue Stream
Service Revenues
Building our platforms similar to RTR and Digital Runway, we would provide the services that are needed to run a successful digital runway show. Our income would come from providing those services that are needed.
Revenue Stream
Project Revenues
This would change per every project as the cost would vary and so would the revenue.
