About the Event
Put your headset on and get ready for the show. Digital Fashion Runway is a mixed-media, virtual reality runway event challenging the traditional norms of the exclusive fashion industry, through methods that cater to the post-pandemic audience.
Rooted online, with meaningful hybrid components including live event elements in select cities around the world, this show encourages attendees to re-emerge in their local communities, all while engaging in a bigger global discussion surrounding fashion.

Innovation
Most of the show takes place online in its own specially designed virtual world, supported by the use of digitally designed clothes on digital avatars.
Through using VR headsets and other means of connectivity, attendees are immersed in a far from realistic, 'out of this world' hub for fashion. Thanks to the abilities of the digital realm and platforms such-as Zoom, international communication is enabled. The live concert during intermission in the designated gathering cities will be live streamed for those at home.
Sustainability
An issue long pushed aside in the fashion industry, we're bringing it to the forefront. All the clothing showcased is digitally designed, only made to order for those who shop online after the event.
Our commitment to sustainability continues beyond just fashion, extending into the hands, or rather inboxes of our attendees. All communication and event perks will be shared online. Any gifted items are digitally redeemable.
Our Impact
Less Textile Waste
Reduces Carbon Footprint
Fair Wages and Proper Working Conditions
Inclusivity
We want the everyday, ordinary person to attend. Breaking the barrier of exclusivity is affordability and the incorporation of accessibility. A digital show means anyone with internet access can attend from anywhere in the world.

Toronto, Amsterdam, New York and Japan will have designated gathering spaces to physically attend Digital Fashion Runway and watch the show through VR headsets with other guests around you.

Both at home and in person, chats reflecting on the show, as well as prompting global discussion on issues in the fashion world including cultural appropriation, gender-fluidity and consumerism will take place.
